Acceptable Usage Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Usage Policy sets out the rules for using the Next Cellular Unlimited Calls Combo product. Our aim is to provide reliable and high-quality voice and SMS services to all customers. These guidelines ensure fair and legal use of our network and protect both our customers and our brand.

2. General Usage

  • The Unlimited Calls Combo is for individual, personal use only. It is not permitted for business or commercial purposes.
  • Services include unlimited voice calls and SMS, subject to these Acceptable Usage guidelines.
  • We monitor usage patterns to detect activities that fall outside normal, reasonable consumer use.

3. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use the Unlimited Calls Combo for any of the following:

  • Engaging in any criminal, illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Using the service in any way that disrupts our network or affects service quality for others.
  • Placing excessive or unreasonable demand on the network, such as automated calling or mass messaging.
  • Interfering with the rights of Next Cellular or any third party.
  • Violating any other agreement with Next Cellular.
  • Damaging the reputation of Next Cellular or third parties, or bringing the brand into disrepute.
  • Using the service for any business activity, including but not limited to:
  • Sim farming
  • Least cost routing (LCR)
  • Call centres
  • Pay phones
  • Bulk calling or messaging services
  • Machine-to-Machine (M2M) or Internet of Things (IoT) applications
  • Server hosting
  • SPAM, scam, or phishing calls and SMS
  • Intelligent routing devices
  • Push-to-Talk (PTT)
  • International call bypass

Sending unsolicited direct marketing or any form of bulk communications.

Using the service in any device other than a standard smartphone, as defined by Next Cellular.

Accessing or distributing illegal or inappropriate content.

4. Service Suspension and Termination

  • Next Cellular reserves the right to temporarily suspend services to investigate suspected policy violations.
  • If fraud or misuse is confirmed, services may be permanently suspended without refund, and no remaining value will carry over (including unused voice, SMS, or data).
  • Permanently suspended customers may be moved to a prepaid plan and will not be allowed to sign up for another Unlimited Calls Combo product.

5. Disputes and Queries

  • Customers may dispute a permanent suspension by providing evidence that their usage was within the Acceptable Usage Policy.
  • To start a query, contact Next Cellular Customer Care at customercare@nextcellular.com within seven (7) working days of suspension. Reinstatement is possible if acceptable proof is provided.
