SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES:
All Next Cellular products prices are incouding VAT and Delivery charges will be R 50 anywhere in South Africa
Next Cellular is committed to delivering your SIM Cards accurately and on time within 1 to 3 days of your order confirmation.
Once we received payment into our bank account you will be notified with courier tracking details by email, if you need an urgent delivery after the payment process you can send us your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org for faster order processing.
ORDER DISPATCH NOTIFICATION:
- As soon as the product is dispatched we will send you an email regarding the dispatch of your order. When the SIM card is handed over to the Courier we will send you another notification.
WHAT IF THERE ARE DELAYS:
- NEXT Cellular is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. As due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery payment methods.
- We believe in express shipping and most of your orders are shipped on a same working days once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. However, a delay of 24 hours is possible. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
- We deliver to all and any postal address in and around the South Africa. We request you to provide a full street address with pin code / zip code and contact number.
- Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time. In those cases only we may offer to give you Credit Note/Refund for an unfulfilled part of the order.
- Next Cellular is shipping all SIM cards as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If a Courier Company fails to deliver, customers will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Next Cellular will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being left at a customer's address by postal / courier agency.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 5 working days and after confirmation from customer that it has not arrived, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability.
ODER CANCELLATION REQUEST:
- Once an order is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.
- To cancel an order you need to cancel it in 2 hours of an order being registered.
- We will add a refund/ credit into your account within 48 hours after receiving a cancellation request.
