Delivery Information

SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES:

All Next Cellular products prices are incouding VAT and Delivery charges will be R 60 anywhere in South Africa

Next Cellular is committed to delivering your SIM Cards accurately and on time within 1 to 3 days of your order confirmation.

Once we received payment into our bank account you will be notified with courier tracking details by email, if you need an urgent delivery after the payment process you can send us your proof of payment to customercare@next360.co.za for faster order processing.

 

ORDER DISPATCH NOTIFICATION:

  • Customer will receive an email on registered mail ID once the product is ready for shipment. In addition, customer will receive another email with package tracking details once the product gets shipped.

IN CASE OF DELAY:

  • We are committed to deliver your product in best condition and always on time.

  • Order timelines are provided as guidelines taking into consideration normal situation/s.

  • We will NOT be accountable for delays caused due to payment authorization.

  • Due to regulatory and operational restrictions, we do not provide cash on delivery option.

  • Our express shipping service ensures shipment of orders on the same working day except weekend or public holiday.

  • We deliver across India. Customers should ensure to provide full address (with landmarks, if any) with pin code and contact number (preferably mobile number)

  • If we are unable to deliver due to natural calamity viz. Snowfall, Landslide, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc. we may offer to give you credit note/refund for unfulfilled part of the order.

 

TRANSIT RISK:

- Next Cellular is shipping all SIM cards as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If a Courier Company fails to deliver, customers will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Next Cellular will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being left at a customer's address by postal / courier agency.

- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 5 working days and after confirmation from customer that it has not arrived, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability.

 

ODER CANCELLATION REQUEST:

- Once an order is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.

- To cancel an order you need to cancel it in 2 hours of an order being registered.

- We will add a refund/ credit into your account within 48 hours after receiving a cancellation request.

TRANSIT RISK:

Our product shipments are insured at no extra cost to the customer, hence if the shipment is not delivered, customer/s will not suffer any loss. However, we will not be responsible for lost and stolen package post receipt of the package by customer.

TAXES & DUTIES:

- Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes or other charges except Delivery charges

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:

  • Order can be cancelled within 2 (two) hours of placing/registration.

  • Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

  • A cancellation fee of 2% of the order value will be charged and you will get a refund of the remaining amount.

  • We will initiate refund/add credit to your account within 48 hours of cancellation receipt.
